Duette is an Elite British Warmblood Society mare and is
also graded by the British Hanoverian Society.
She is dam to the BWBS graded stallion Worlds Fair, who
competed twice in the World Young Horse Championships in Lanaken, Belgium. He
won the Walwyn Novice Championship at Royal Windsor Horse Show in 2005 and as a
7 year old he was placed in 1.45m competitions at CSI 3* Vimeiro in Portugal.
In 2008 he won at CSI3* Bethune and was placed at the 5* show in La Coruna and
the 4* shows in Porto and Ponte de Lima.
Duette is also the dam of the
six year old Graffiti (by Graf Height), who has been placed highly in
international young horse classes in Villeneuve Loubet and Arezzo.
She gave birth to a bay filly by Romanov in 2007, the first time she has been covered by a international
Grand Prix showjumping
stallion. We covered her with Diamant de Semilly and in
March 2008 she gave birth to Darya-I-Nur, a filly.
Her last foal was Baryshnikov, a colt by Romanov, born in 2010. Sadly
three weeks later Duette died from colic, leaving "Barry" to be adopted by one
of our other broodmares Merriment.

Demonstrator is one of Great Britain’s
leading sires of proven competition horses in all disciplines. He has won internationally at Grand
Prix Level and was short-listed for the Olympic Dressage Team. Demonstrator has
produced a number of top class showjumpers including Dauntless Prince, an
International Grade A Stallion with winnings of over £11,000.
Demonstrator's full sister, Didaktik, won the Queen Elizabeth II Cup in 1994
with Di Lampard.
Dynamo
is the sire of Dollar Girl, Nick Skelton's Hanoverian bred super mare.
Duette's dam,
Dorchester carries the famous bloodlines of
D-line through her sire Damnatz back to Duft II and Duellant. Damnatz was the
1978 Champion of the Hanoverian two-year-old stallion Keuring.
Duette's dam line also contains one of the best
thoroughbred
stallions to have stood at Celle (Marcio xx), an excellent producer of dressage
horses.
