Stackhouse Stud was established to breed and offer for sale showjumpers capable of competing at the highest levels and to offer the semen of our stallions to others, equally passionate about the sport.

Until his sale at the end of 2010 we offered our established international Grand Prix winner and Nations Cup winning stallion Romanov (Heartbreaker x Fedor x Ahorn Z) (pictured left). He has since continued his career successfully with Billy Twomey. Romanov's youngstock are now starting to prove themselves in young horse classes and we are pleased to offer a number of his progeny as well as those of a young stallion of ours, Contido (Contendro I x Calido x Pilot), who sadly died much too young, but whose youngstock are obtaining excellent marks in the BEF Futurity.

For those of you looking to purchase top quality potential showjumpers of the future, we have youngsters from foals to four year olds, who are bred for the sport and our broodmares are exceptionally bred.
